On October 28, 2008, Financial Supervisory Commission, Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank promulgated “Complete measures for implementing full deposit amount protection”. According to the set of measures, before December 31, 2009, the deposits of depositors (both natural person and legal person) in financial institutions (banks or basic financial institutions)which are fully protected.
